Lapsang Souchong Smoked Tea
Traditional black tea with a smoky aroma. Known also as Zengshan Xiaozhong. In the final stage of production they are hung in baskets over smoking pine wood fires to dry. The intensely black leaves give a dark red liquor that has a distinctive smoky aroma and flavour.
1 teaspoon per cup, add fresh boiling water, allow to brew for 2-4 minutes then pour.
