Chamomile & Lavender
Chamomile and lavender contribute towards normal digestion and mental well-being & relaxation. Chamomile acts as an antioxidant.
Chamomile flowers (55.5%), nana mint leaves, lavender flowers (4.6%), calendula flowers. Caffeine-free.
2 teaspoons per cup, add fresh boiling water, allow to brew for 8-10 minutes then pour.
