Calming Tea is a herbal blend with lemon balm, mint and lavender. It contributes towards ones mental health (lemon balm), natural immunity (mint), relaxation and sleep (lavender).
Lemon balm leaves, peppermint leaves, passion flower, lavender flowers. Caffeine-free.
2 teaspoons per cup, add fresh boiling water, allow to brew for 8-10 minutes then pour.
